Well, since my last post we have been pretty busy. Mostly with just boring everyday stuff. About a week ago, I got to reunite with some high school friends. We haven't seen each other in about 13 years or so. It was so fun to be able to reconnect and get to know them again. We've done the slip n slide a few more times since my last post also. Kayla asks for it everyday. It's getting hard to hear about it 100 times everyday.
We had our friends over this last weekend for a BBQ and let the kids play on the slip n slide. Ricky still doesn't like to slide but he does like to play in the sprinkler part of it. Our friends brought a little pool too and he loved to play in that.
We had a surprise visitor from Vegas as well. Our friend, Kyle, was traveling through Utah to get back home after his vacation to Montana and stopped by for a visit. It was so fun to see him. He was our first Vegas friend to make it all the way to Milford to see us.
We have decided to camp out in the backyard with our kids this weekend so stay tuned for pictures next week. We haven't told Kayla yet so that we don't have to hear about it constantly for the rest of the week. Mom and Dad are pretty excited though.
